We are a trusted provider of consultation services designed to support the executive function needs of exceptional children. Our team of experts has extensive experience in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to support children's educational and developmental needs. Our approach involves close collaboration with parents, professionals, and educators to identify each child's unique goals and objectives and develop a tailored IEP to meet their specific needs. Our passion is making sure that your child's executive function needs are met in the implementation of their IEP.
For example, a student who struggles with time management may benefit from IEP goals that include specific strategies to help them manage their time more effectively. Similarly, a student who struggles with organization and task initiation may benefit from IEP goals that focus on breaking down larger tasks into smaller, manageable steps.

Comprehensive Consultation Package
Our Comprehensive IEP Consult Package is designed to provide families with a thorough and personalized approach to the IEP process.
This package includes a range of assessments, data collection and goal development.
We also provide families with talking points and strategies to effectively communicate their child's needs and goals during the IEP meeting. We understand that the IEP process can be overwhelming, and we strive to empower families with the knowledge and tools they need to advocate for their child's educational needs.
Overall, our Comprehensive IEP Consult Package provides families with a comprehensive and personalized approach to the IEP process, with the ultimate goal of ensuring that every child receives the support and resources they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond.
The cost of this package is $350 per child per annual review cycle.
Additional Hours
There are times when families require additional support outside of those provided in our comprehensive package. Examples may include: 1) an Annual Review & 3 Year Re-evaluation are not within 3 months of each other; 2) Transition Planning; 3) Review of Progress; 4) a change in needs; and/or 5) a disagreement with the school.
In these situations, Bright Brains would continue support families through the IEP process as it relates to executive functioning at the rate of $100/hour.
