The "Introduction to Executive Function Skills" workshop is designed to provide educators with an understanding of the different executive function skills and their importance for student success.


During the workshop, participants will learn about the various executive function skills, such as planning and organization, initiation and motivation, sustained attention, cognitive flexibility, emotional regulation, and metacognition.
